Betrayed

As promised, here is the comic panel on my return. Here are the four surgeries (under general anaesthesia) I've had to date: Scarlett is holding my tonsils which came out in 2006. Also in 2006, Tif is indicating something is wrong with her brain after a dental surgery went horribly wrong. My 4 wisdom teeth were removed along with 2 stubborn baby teeth, a hole under my tongue and a canine tooth which was growing on a 90degree angle underneath my nose above my front teeth. This surgery, and the effect it had on my autonomic nervous system, completely destroyed my life. This led to abuse and ridicule by the medical system for all of the years up to my heart surgery in 2010 (pacemaker implant) which lovely Abby is kindly showing you. The fourth surgery (2014) (certainly not my last) has given Becki a rather inflamed gallbladder to hold with 30+ gallstones falling out of it. As my surgeon opened me up he discovered that my liver was abnormally growing around said gallbladder. I am rather proud that even my organs have embraced being strange!

So I am slowly but surely recovering at home after my cholecystectomy - gallbladder and stone removal.  It was not a fun experience and had its challenges because of my existing medical issues, but now I'm well and truly on the other side of this I can just look forward to celebrating my 21st birthday on the 21st with my parents and some friends.  Thank you all to those who sent me lovely messages and art and cute things and plushie pandas, I really appreciate it and love you all!
